Sims/Lots gone

Hi, I'm new in this forum, and was sent from Discord. I apologyze for my English since is not my main language.

Since the last update, I can't play any of my households, I didn't notice it because I create a new family and was playing in a city where I know there were free lots. But when I came back to one of my families, I realized they were all gone. I don't use any MODs or CCs.

  • I don't see any errors, I can play with last sim I create (which was after the update) But all my families, households, lots, all is gone.
  • I repair the game and nothing, I update again yesterday (as the game was asking for it) and nothing.
  • I play on my Windows laptop.
  • I don't know what it this: LastExceptions, so I may take a guest and say No, I don't have them.
  • I don't know how to see my Saves.
  • I don't know where to see LastCrash files, so I'd say I don't have any.
  • I have the new save from the sim I create after the horrible update, do I upload that one?

I honestly want all my saves back, I've invested a lot of time and money in it.

 

Please help.

    arlensot​ To find the Last Exception, Last Crash and Last UI Exception files, look in Documents>Electronic Arts>The Sims 4.

    To find your saves, start the game. When you get to the Main Menu, hit the Load button.  You will get a list of saves.

    From what you've said, it sounds like you are creating a new save every time you play by hitting the New Game button on the Main Menu.  If you have been hitting the Resume Game button, then when the lot opens, you should be on the last lot and household you played.  If you use the Load Game button and then choose a save, you should be on the world screen for the last lot you played.

    If you are not creating a new save every time you play, then you may have this bug.  [PC/MAC] Cannot Load Into Lots after Aug 19 Update | EA Forums - 12543317  Please read though the thread and if it sounds like you have this bug, please upvote the bug report.
