So many issues - Menu, locking up, what's up?

Question

Hey all -&nbsp;Since the last download/update, my menu buttons are all jacked up. There are no icons / no normal drop downs. I've reinstalled but nothing is helping. If I go into build mode, once I'm out of build mode - I have to restart because all menu buttons vanish and the game just stalls. If I try to interact with an item, craft an item, etc. the game stalls and I have to restart. I've disabled mods / deleted mods, tried straight vanilla.The game is not playable at this point.Suggestions?

Are you playing a scenario? There are issues when playing a scenario.

Try resetting your sims 4 folder, and testing in a new save game without putting back any of your data in the sims 4 folder and see if the issue remains.
