Make a flat Octagonal platform
then grab some stairs and try to place them a single tile inside the octagon on one of the diagonal slices. It will let you place them
What happens when the bug occurs?
Stairs are placeable where they shouldnt be.
What do you expect to see?
either the stairs become diagonal or they arent placeable.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods?
MCCC but I've removed it and the bug persists
