Travel in groups bigger than 2 not working

I'm trying to travel with 4 members of the household, but I can't select more than one to travel with and if I form a group and attempt to travel with it, it won't allow it, saying I have too many selected.

    I'm not sure how to close this issue, it was intermittent, solved with game restart.
