Trouble in Willow Creek

I'm playing Sims 4 on XBOX X. So what I've discovered is that Willow Creek won't load in Pedula View, Sage Estates, and Courtyard Lane. I'm getting a 801 code after trying to load in Pedula view. The others just won't go past blue loading screen. Willow Creek is my oldest build (2yrs) but I'm not mad, I just want tofix the problem and move my poor homeless sims back into their neighborhood.  So, I'm stuck trying to figure out what happened and what to do about it. Any help out there for this issue?
