Vacation day option not showing on phone.

Despite having multiple vacation days available, the option to do so does not pop up on the phone. This is happening for two careers in this save. One sim is a Romantic Health Specialist and the other is a Grave Keeper. I've repaired the game, made sure all mods were up to date, removed mods, deleted the localthumbcache.package, and relaunching...nothing has worked.
