When i click to play household, it just keeps loading

So, i can open ts4 and i can see main menu, when i click to play my household it opens like its loading to enter, but never happens. I dont have mods or anything not paid from random sites, everythi...

njavaii​  Please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you find. Try again to load this household, and when it doesn't load after a few minutes, close the game and see whether you have a new lastexception.  If you do, open the file, copy the text, and paste it into a reply here.
