When I give my sims skills in the gallery, it says that it contains packs/DLC

When I create a sim to upload to the gallery made with base game, it suddenly says that it contains packs, even though it’s made with base game.

I have all the expansions, but when I create a sim for the gallery, I do everything without packs, but it tells me that it has packs, how???"

And when I discovered that some clothes or accessories made with the base game only allow me to use their 3 main colors so that it doesn't detect packs, the one I have the most trouble with is from High School Years. Because when I give it skills and everything related to the base game, when I save it to the gallery and want to publish it for those who don't have any packs, the game suddenly detects the High School Years DLC. And when I clicked 'show objects,' it says there’s something on the face, but there’s absolutely nothing.

For example, I wanted to create a vampire sim using only 1 pack, but after adding skills, the game adds another pack. Why does this happen???

  • @2911200723133 Which skill did you give them ?

To recap to make sure I understand you correctly:

You created a Sim that was a vamp and only had the vamp pack showing and then you added a skill and then it showed as HSY ? How did you add the skill ? By taking the Sim to a lot and cheat the skill or by doing something related to the skill ?

Hi, I have the same problem with that pack. When I add skills (from Basegame) to my Sims, for example, charisma, painting, piano, and guitar, when I save it again to my gallery, it automatically detects an extra pack, which is ''High School Years.'' That's what I was saying in the post. It's a normal Sim, so it's not a hidden Sim or anything (I mean my Sim that I added skills to) , "Sorry if I don't speak English well; I actually speak Spanish and translated it into English

How do I add skills? I use UI Che ats, in case you want to know

Hi, so a workaround for this, i found out, that you can use disable packs in console on EA preferences for the game before starting the game, and then save it to gallery. That's how i did 1 pack only and made that bug disappear.

You select all, and disables all DLCs and leaves only basegame.

Once you're done, you just need to turn off game, remove the console disabled packs, save the empty settings, restart the EA app for clearing potential bugs, even clear EA app cache and then start the game once again.

This also happened to me with High School Years before. And i wanted to upload Cottage Living only family.
