Why can't my toddlers interact with the Build Ems Blocks Play Table?

This is a build mode item added in the Parenthood game pack and in its description it says it supports toddlers. When I play as a toddler I cannot interact with the object at all and it does not high...

@TigerCat7893 I don’t have parenthood, but I believe I’ve read that a kid or older has to actually build something first. The toddler can then play with the result.
