Worlds won't load

My worlds won't load.  I have stopped Microsoft from backing up my files I have also removed the mods I have installed; I have also deleted my families.

I restarted my program created a new family restored any default settings and once I made a family and I tried to place them in the world and the world reloaded without the family loading.
