Do sims lose weight from yoga?
My sim has been gaining a few pounds and I was wondering, will they lose weight from yoga? And will the fitness skill go up from it?

Doing yoga will help your sim to lose weight and will increase the wellness skill of the sim. - Most of all, your Sims will build up muscles. Mine almost looked like bodybuilders after a few yoga sessions.
- Not sure, I always associated yoga with making yourself more flexible, and Zen.
- Yes, they do. I use yoga to keep elders fit.
- They lose weight (to the min) and gain muscle (upto 60% of the max).
- They will lose weight, but from my experience they'll also gain A LOT of muscle... Which I don't personally like. I mean, fit is one thing, but my Sims end up looking like bodybuilders and it's weird :/
- Yup very flexible bodybuilders. They can teleport too with all that fancy zen magic.

Please dont bump old threads like this, this issue was resolved months ago. But its ok, everyone makes mistakes.- The date is Oct. a two month old thread asking a question is not old. Maybe if it was two years ago. ETA: Because I learned something I didn't know yoga worked to lose weight. I haven't seen mine lose any doing that.
- Yoga tends to keep your sim fit and will build muscle if you do it too much.
