Im at witts end, im removed all of my cc and mods, fixed the game through steam and its just staying on loading screen, it will not budge from that screen, i cant stream my sims, i have alot of hours and i mean over 300 hours worth of saved files and building etc all crashed down and im very upset and even cried. PLEASE FIX THIS BUG EA , youve completely crashed the game and no one can play.
I first tried to remove all my big 'major mods' like MCCC & TMex mods, and left all my gameplay tweak mods in. But still had the same problem. So I turned off script mods altogether, closed the game, removed all of them, and restarted the game and then was able to load my lots/household I'd been playing.
Depending on how your mods affect the game, maybe you need to wait for your mods to be updated in order to load your past saves. Try creating a brand new saved game and see if you still have the same problem?
