FAILED TO LAUNCH ERROR:

• "Failed to Launch" message
• plain black screen on launch (no words)
• sometimes you can launch but are missing CC in CAS

The patch for the "Failed to Launch"/all-black main menu error that was affecting some CC users is now out.
