The EA hotfix patch for the problem of package files not loading is currently rolling out. This will allow modders to properly test and update mods. Based on what I know right now, your CC (hair etc.) should be usable again after you update. Other mods might still be broken, of course. A few are listed below. I'll have a lot more news for you later today.
