Can't play the game

I took a little break from sims and now that im back my whole game is broken after the last update I tried everything the 50/50 method I created a new sims 4 folder, deleted the cache uninstalled the game 2 times I tried entering without any of the mods as well and I can't play it at all. I can create a sim in cas but when I finish and want to go into the world it gets stuck in cas no loading screen no nothing when I press the check mark in cas it just stays there. And I can only exit the game through task manager. Or it happends that the screen is complety white and after that its an error even after reparing the game for 4 times its still not working so idkwhat to do tbh at this point i'm just gonna give up cause nothing works.
