CAS facial features glitch post August 19th patch

This is an issue I've been having since I updated my game on the 19th. Whenever I try to edit any facial feature in CAS, it glitches in an out. I've never had this issue before and I've tried anything I can think of to fix it. I've taken my mods out, updated outdated ones, sifted through my last exceptions and deleted any duplicate CC. I've also tried repairing the game and doing some Sims4Studio batch fixes based on some exceptions and I still have the issue.
