[MOD RELATED] Items disappearing from inventories, fridges, bookshelves

Hey, I'm having a problem with The Sims 4. After updating, items are disappearing from my inventory. Mods are disabled. I thought the update should fixes bugs, not creates new ones. XD title edited...

    Hi all,

    We've confirmed that the newly reported issue of items disappearing from inventory is related to outdated mods. To resolve the issue, please update your mods & load a previous save of your save file to recover your items.

The items in my inventory just disappear everytime when I travel to a different lot. For example, I bought some stuff in Hanford on Bagley and when I've got to my home lot all my things were gone. Happend to me several times.
