@katanah1 cause this could be a mod conflict.

Please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > localthumbcache, repair your game and then try again on a backup of your save to see of you can duplicate the issue on a game with no mods.

I had the same problem, and I have no mods. I had to buy the cheapest stove. It should work on all stoves no matter the cost were pack they came from. Again, I do not have any mods. If this is happening to you, get a cheap stove. :/

@EuropaFrost Which stove did you use before ? I'm not using the cheapest one and it's working fine for me.

Did you not have the option available or did it not work to cook it ?

For me its not working in “The YumCooker” and “The Schmapple”
The “Cooking U Pro” worked
