- @durtcocain Is your game installed on an external drive or the documents folder ?
It is installed on the external hard drive. My pc does not have enough storage for it to be installed on the pc itself, so I’m not sure if I can install to my documents.
@durtcocain I'm talking about your user data. Is that on your external drive as well ? The mods/cc, the saves and all that ?
There are two parts: The game installation (which you have confirmed is on an external drive) and the user folder where all your personal files are stored. That's usually in Documents under windows and if you decide to move that over to an external drive, there's a few things you need to be aware of.
All of my user data is copied on to the external hard drive. But now that I am looking at it, all of saves and tray files end up on the user folder in my documents.
I have been putting all of my cc and mods in the mods folder on the external hard drive.
- @durtcocain that's would be why then. The game uses the folder in your doc folder so you need to use the folder there for your mods to show up.
