Re: [Patch 1.117] When Loading Household, Game Returns to Neighborhood Select Screen

I haven't had wifi for a year so I did expect to come back to no issues. I have updated and repaired my game already. when I get into the game everything seemed fine at first. I can get into create a sim, but once I tried to put the household I just made into an apartment it loads and I get brought back to the world menu and my household disappear. I try to load into an old household but once it loads the same thing happens except this time my household just stayed in their house.

MEMMAlexic Just for clarity, you can't load into any households at all? Can you load into a household you never played before? And do you have mods?

Yes I can’t load into any household at all. I can make new household but I can’t play them in game, and they don’t save. I do have mods in my game.

The August patch broke many, many script mods, with this being the symptom, and these are still the ones most likely to be your problem. Use the Previously Broken mods and CC for many (not all!) mods that have no updates. Use “Updated” in the Broken/Updated Mods list for patch 1.117, but note many are not yet updated or cleared in the current list.

Have you tried moving your mods folder to your desktop and getting rid of your script mods? It worked for me
