@crinrictI had taken my mods folder out, and deleted the localthumbcache. and the issues was still happening. For some reason, there was a trait mod stuck hidden somewhere. It appears that when the Sims are waking up the game is trying to roll for wants based on traits, and doesn't know what to do with cc traits.
I think this is now fixed for me

I'm having this issue as well. I was using a modded bed and the issue was happening. I thought it was the bed, so I changed it to a base game bed and the issue is still happening. My Sims will just teleport outside of the bed when they wake up. A lump will be present in the bed as if they are still sleeping there for a little bit then disappear.
