Sims holding plate of food incorrectly by their sides.

My Sim is holding their plate of food (chicken nuggets) incorrectly. When they are talking or standing next to another Sim, they hold the plate in their hand and move it around. Consequently, the plate is by their side, in their hand. In real life, the food would have fallen on the floor. I also removed all Mods and the game still had this weird food plate bug. I even tried a different microwave.
