unplayable issue

i’m very sorry if i posted this in the wrong category, but i have this huge issue with my game and it makes the game literally unplayable. i built a house last weekend and finished the interior probably Tuesday. i put my sims on an empty lot and everything was fine, until i loaded my house in. once i loaded the house in, the windows, doors, plants, interior, literally everything was gone except for the shell. in live mode, i can’t move my sims, select anything, or even save and exit the game. i can turn the sim time up all the way and nothing will move at all. i have been to multiple subreddits plus done my own research on this and haven’t found a single solution. please help!
