I bought the sims cats and dogs bundle and out of nowhere it disappeared off of my Xbox and so did island living but I bought that separately, I went on the Microsoft store and it says now that cats and dogs is not sold separately and I can’t download it and it’s only letting me get it if I buy the my first pet stuff and cats and dogs bundle. I’m not going to buy the bundle because I shouldn’t have to pay for something I should still have I don’t know what to do.

@Jaydaie In that case please reach out to PlayStation support directly so they can review your account information a bit further and see what's going on.

Hi @Naomi110011

If you own these packs already, you can download them and access these packs by following these steps:

Highlight The Sims on the dashboard

Press the Menu button on the controller

Select "Manage Games and Add-ons"

You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC

Please let me know if these steps don't help!

@EA_Solaire I’m having the same issue. I have both packs installed properly but it still won’t let me use the “my pet stuff” pack

So I’ve been having this issue for 2 weeks now where the pack is gone. It says is installed on my Xbox but won’t show in game. I’ve tried many troubleshooting options but none are working

Are you playing with the disk version of the bundle or did you purchase this bundle directly from the Xbox store on your console?

If you purchased digitally, please verify that you're seeing the transaction history for this bundle in your Xbox account's purchase history.

No it’s not, the disk will not work all of a sudden so I have to play the base game straight from the Microsoft store. But I’ve been doing that for awhile but cats and dogs still disappeared
