Cats and Dogs pack malfunctioning
For some reason with the new Sims 4 update my cats and dogs pack stopped working. My ps5 hasn’t done this before and idk how to fix it.

What exactly isn't working, are you not seeing the pack in your game?
I am seeing that my pack was purchased but if I try to adopt a cat/dog in game the option does not appear

Amelloword Is the pack fully installed to your console? Try these steps:
- Restore the licenses on your console
- Go to your Game Library
- Scroll to Your Collection
- Select The Sims 4
- Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
- Select the DLC in this list and select Install
- When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
