My old Playstation 4 broke and I bought a new one. My daughter and I have both previously been able to use all of the dlc packs(paid for under her account) and now all of sudden I am not able to use any of the dlc packs. Is there a way I can fix this. I have tried setting everyone's account as primary for this console and restored permissions but its still not working. Thanks for any advice.
Hi, (if you've tried this please ignore 😁) it's a bit convoluted to explain so bear with me lol
Both consoles should have both yours and your daughters ps profile accounts on them and the sims 4 is installed. Make sure your daughters ps4 is not set to primary through her account profile. Log in to her profile on your console and change your ps4 to primary through her profile. Log out of hers and back into yours and you should have access to it all again.
I used to game share Destiny 2 with my husband and it was always a kerfuffle to do it, I'm sure I read a step by step guide on the PlayStation website that explains everything 😅 hope this helps.
