Expansion packs disappearing/ need repurchasing

Question

Hi I play on PS4 and &nbsp;loaded into my game this morning and as I clicked to load my last played household it popped up with a notification saying that 3 expansion packs were missing but when I was playing the game yesterday it was fine. Now it’s showing that I have to repurchase the expansion pack all over again and I refuse to pay for them again… can someone explain why this has happened please

Let's give the following steps a try to be sure your DLC is all fully installed:&nbsp;

Restore the licenses on your console&nbsp;
Go to your&nbsp;Game Library&nbsp;
Scroll to&nbsp;Your Collection
Select&nbsp;The Sims 4
Scroll down to&nbsp;Add-Ons&nbsp;and locate your DLC here
Select the DLC in this list and select&nbsp;Install
When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

If those steps don't work do you have more than one ps4? We do and have to always make the one we're using be the main system in settings or stuff like this happens. If this is the issue It's a playstation issue, not a sims issue.
