Glitched Werwolf Model

Hey so I have a Problem with a werewolf. My sim toddler aged up instantly to a teen instead of a child. They child got werewolf rampages even if the skill tree wasn’t unlocked and now this sims is a teen and the model of the werewolf is glitched. Does somebody have a solution??
