The extra content is tied to the account that purchased the pack, so you do need to signed into your PSN account to access those in-game.

Whenever im not connected online I notice that the display case that came with B+H pre ordered pack is missing from my builds. Personal photos are missing or turned black. I did pre order the B+H pack and all items show up but only when i am online. I do get an error code when i try to to save to the gallery via lots/builds and CAS.

Which objects specifically are missing?

Are you getting "Server error" when trying to use the Gallery? 

Just to add on that the gallery is broken too. U cant save or upload sims, lots or builds.

The game Is running on the latest version/ update. I've tired what u suggested but it doesn't work. Now there are other problems as well. Missing objects, blacked out pictures from camera, etc.

Raevon92​ Have you tested a brand new save file as well? If the game does crash on you, are you seeing a specific error code or error message? 

My game does the same and I’m on ps5. I’ll be playing in Live Mode and it’ll randomly start to tremor and the only way to stop it is to close the game or hope it stops and doesn’t crash in the process.

Thanks, let's try the following:

Turn off Your system completely, let it sit for a few minutes and power it back on.

Check that your game is fully updated:

• Go to the PlayStation home screen. 
• Highlight the game you're playing and press the Options button on your controller.
• Select "Check For Update" and install any updates that are available.
• Restart the Console completely.
  
  

Make sure your console system software is up to date. 

• Select Settings at the top of the PlayStation home screen.
• Choose "System Software Update" and allow any system updates to install.
• Reboot your PlayStation.

Uninstall and Reinstall the game:

• Go to Settings > Application Saved Data Management > Saved Data in System Storage > Delete.
• Select a game or application.
• Set check marks beside the data you wish to delete or Select All.
• Select Delete > then OK to confirm your decision.

I log in to the game, saved file/auto save, then click household. Household loads, I began playing, once I move to rotate analog the screen begins to twitch jon stop. I cant move the cruiser, click any on screen, save or use the controller to make commands. I can only go to the main screen of the PS4 to close the application.
