I have Sims on console but Origin says I don't

Hi! I'm really not sure if I'm being stupid or not but basically I play the Sims on my Xbox one because that's what I prefer and when I buy new expansion packs I always wait for sales because they're quite expensive and I noticed origin was having a sale so I linked my Xbox live account to my origin account and it worked. My EA account showed up (I always buy packs off the Microsoft store on my Xbox this is quite new to me) so I went to buy a pack thinking once I buy it it would download on to my Xbox as the accounts are linked. Origin then said I didn't already own the Sims ( which I do lol) so I decided not to go ahead and buy it straight away as I don't want to buy a pack that won't be any use to me. So yeah, will the pack download on my Xbox and does it matter origin doesn't think I own the Sims? Sorry if it's really obvious etc, thanks!

    Sul Sul, @Katy101997.

    I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the packs on Origin are only for the PC/Mac version of The Sims 4 and won't apply to your console version. That is why it didn't recognize that you owned The Sims 4, because it is only looking for the PC/Mac version.
