Packs not loaded/installed

When I try to resume my save I played 12 hours ago a notification pops up that says "51 packs need to be loaded/ installed for this save". When I go to my library and got to manage game content it shows that all 56 of my add one are currently installed but that's not the case in game or in the Playstation store. I'm so confused since I played 12 hours ago and everything was fine. What should I do?

    Hi ASpradlin604​ 

    Let's try these steps: 

    • Restore the licenses on your console 
    • Go to your Game Library 
    • Scroll to Your Collection
    • Select The Sims 4
    • Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
    • Select the DLC in this list and select Install
    • When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims


    If you're still not seeing your content in-game, please let me know!
