Settings and online Gallery

I play on ps5, I had recently just wiped my whole system to factory settings and deleted all saves and such (horrible I know..) because it seemed my game has nothing but issues and potentially corrup...

What specific error are you seeing when you try to access the gallery?

For the settings you're not seeing- are you on the main menu of the game, or are you loaded into a save file? Certain settings aren't available in the menu unless you're loaded into a save file.

The gallery issue resolved it just took an entire day for the game to recognize i was signed in and online, and the settings fixed after I started a 2nd save file.

As for the bugs I have they are getting worse making my game nearly unplayable. Just last night I had an issue where a burglar came by and stole things I tried calling the police and they never appeared on my lot. When I tried again it said they were there. So playing my off the grid save I lost some expensive stuff my Sim can't afford to buy again 🫠.

I also keep having actions getting stuck in my sction bar or my sims constantly trying to walk but canceling immediately so she gets stuck.

I had another issue where townie would not leave my lot no matter what I did. Had to close the game to get them away. 

The list of bugs i experience just go on and on its so hard to keep track of them all..

    For the bugs you're seeing, we ask that you create bug reports, one report per each individual bug to help us better track and review these issues. We are tracking a couple of these issues already, please add your information into the current open reports:

    Sims not doing actions 

    Burglar: Police won't show up after calling them

    If there isn't an active thread dedicated to each of the bugs you're experiencing in the link here "Compiled list of reported issues", please go ahead and create a new bug report.
