Heya @carlymushu,
It sound like your expansions may not be currently installed, let's try these steps:
- Quit the game if you have it running.
- Go to your Library
- Choose Purchased
- Select The Sims 4
- Scroll down to PlayStation Store and open My Add ons
- Find your DLC in the list and start the download
- When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
If you're unable to access them once you've tried this, please let me know!
when i got to the playstation store step there was no section that said my add-ons, just the ones you can click to buy them

This is the correct spot, if you keep scrolling through this list, you should see the option to install the packs you do own.
if i scroll any further down it’s just icons and themes. the picture attached is the bottom of the screen

it was from this account
- @carlymushu i did use a disk when i originally downloaded it right after getting the console
