Sims 4 freezing Xbox one

UPDATE I purchased an Xbox series x and the game works great. Ea needs to send out a notice warning people older computers and consoles may not run Sims 4 anymore!! 

Not sure why my game isn't working again but this seems like a trend, this is the second time this has happened this year. I updated this morning and played for 2 hours until the game froze. After it froze the first time I restarted my Xbox and tried to load it and it would let me sign in but wouldn't load to the main screen so after 10 minutes I restarted the Xbox again. But this time FULL shut down and removing the power cord for 10 minutes to clear the cache. I've tried to reload the game 10 times each time restarting it. Then I tried loading it in offline mode I waited 30 minutes and it loaded into the main screen. Then I resumed my game and it took another 45 minutes to load into the game. I played for a 1 hour and it froze constantly. Especially in build mode and every time I travel. I was using get to work cop career when it permanently froze the second time because I kept traveling and when I did get back to the station it just completely froze. So the game freezes constantly. I have 13 packs.  NO ERROR CODES!
