Sims 4 kicking me to manage worlds after i select play my sims (PS4)

hi! i have sims 4 on my playstation and it does not let me play my sims. it used to work perfectly fine up until i had to do a fire drill. unfortunately every time i select to play my sims, it immediately takes me to the manage worlds portion of sims. it definitely has to do with my High School Years Expansion Pack since i have all of my other packs downloaded, and that’s the other one that continues to mess up my play station (including other games). an error continues to show up and refuses to save my game when I have the expansion pack. when i play other games when the expansion pack is downloaded, it says it’s going to kick me out of the game after 15 minutes because of the license. I have updated the license several times, i have only used about 20% of my storage on my playstation, and everything seems to be up to date. as of right now, i have other expansion packs besides the High School Years downloaded into my sims (after deleting the sims all together and redownloading without the high school years expansion pack) and it works perfectly fine. if you know anything on how to fix it, please reach out! it was my favorite expansion pack clothes/hair wise and i’m currently working on a boondocks universe in my sims and unfortunately it took everything out of my freeman house in the process after everything so i have to readd my furniture! it’s a huge pain and would really appreciate some help! i’ve attempted to reach out to EA but i haven’t gotten back yet! thank you so much for listening/reading!
