Community ManagerHi @JackieBoy189, could you open a new thread and add some more information about what issue you're experiencing with The Sims 4 and the PS4? For example, what are you seeing when you go to load the game? When did it start happening? What troubleshooting have you tried? In the meantime I'll close this thread as it's a bit of an oldie.
