I am having the same issue via PlayStation.

@EA_Solaire @EA_Cade Hey I'm not sure if this was an active fix, but when I opened the game today there was a pop up message saying that the sleepwear had been added 🥰 Tested it out in CAS and they sleepwear items were there with th gold star badge 🙃. I have all my Sims wearing different variations now 😊The pack still shows in my store as unowned though, so idk.@MsMaeve92 is it still inaccessible for you?

@EA_Cade No, just one account has the membership, but the account that purchased the membership does not have access to the pack.

Hey I have the exact same issue ("something went wrong" error message). I'm on PS5
I have an active EA Play subscription so I'm not sure what else I need to do to claim it.

@broodkeeledford I think it's console exclusive. But I'm on PS5 with an active EA Play subscription and can't download it so... I don't think they want anyone to have it

Hey all,

Can you try setting your PS5 as your home console please and let us know if that resolves this?

This is found in Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Console Sharing and Offline Play > Enable
