Two versions of the game, two different save files and no DLC content.

Hello there all and thank you in advance for all advice.

I'm having some issues with the PS4 version of Sims 4 on my PS5. I've had the game for some time and have purchased some add ons on the PS4, when I've moved the game to my PS5 however, the add ons don't seem to work.

 

I've restored my licenses, I've uploaded the save files to the cloud and tried to download to the game but it's created a new Sims game with all available content. I should note that the store is unavailable in my original version of the game but is available on the new game.

Sorry if this is convoluted, I'm horrendous with tech and would appreciate any help.

    Hi there jurkleftie 

    Are you seeing a PS4 version and a PS5 version on your console? Which version is your DLC and store working with?
