Unable to access the live events

Hi, I have been unable to login to EA to use the features like the live tasks, for example the new Nature one or the Reaper Rewards etc.  I tried to contact the help desk before about this and was told that they would need to reset my blocked account(not sure why it was blocked).  Please can you help as I'm missing out on so many extra features. I have attached the popups that appear when I try to login or load the computer.

    Heya VotableAsh82​ 

    It looks like your gamertag is currently linked to a disabled EA account- you'd need to reach back out to live support and have them take a look and get you logged back in. 

    Please submit a new help request from the site here so live support can take another look with you.
