Unable to Edit or Transfer Sims within CAS PS4/PS5 Console

Yesterday in the middle of my toddler sim aging up into a child. I was unable to edit them or transfer any one of my sims in CAS. The options to do these things are completely grayed out. Please help...

Had your Sim finished aging up, or were they still in the process? You won't be able to edit your family until your Sim has finished aging into a child.
