Up coming update

I seen the announcement for the upcoming update, but are we just going to ignore the fact that the gallery is unusable? I can’t even make a new save because I can place sims or builds. 

It’s really annoying seeing that I don’t “own” packs that I’ve paid for, it’s saying I don’t own packs that I’ve had for years. I own almost every pack but the gallery is saying that I don’t and it freezes when I click on a sim or build. Is there going to be a fix for this?? Or is it going to be ignored in this update along with all the gameplay issues the last update caused on both pc and console.

    This has been happening to me also. Something is really wrong and EA just ignores it. We payed a lot of money to play this game and expect it to work. I have never had these kind of problems with any other game I've played. What is going on?! I'm sick of spending an hour just trying to start my game!

    Same! there are multiple packs of mine that I can’t use anymore. It’s been like this for months. I don’t even want to buy anymore packs. What’s the point of wasting my money if I won’t be able to use them. I posted about it in here, and there’s no customer service to fix anything. And every update does Nothing for it.
