"Available on windows" Please read

hi so i downloaded the EA App on my imac today and i scroll down to see that it says that the Sims 4 is available on windows and not my imac. my imac is an imac ventura and meets all the requirements to play, so i dont know why its doing this. its really stressing me out so please someone help me. i just want to play sims 4 as a 14 year old boy LOL.

    9810611  Did you ever claim Sims 4 through Steam or Epic?  If so, you'd need to remove that copy from your EA App game library.  The Steam and Epic versions of the game are only usable in Windows.  Since that also applies to any packs you own in these launchers, if you don't own anything directly through EA, the simplest approach may be to create a new EA account and claim Sims 4 there.
