I could load houses/sims before the 11/17/2020 update, but there would be stability issues, like the floor missing, etc., and within a few minutes the game would crash. I was also having that really old issue of the game not recognizing when it was in fullscreen mode--so visually it would be in fullscreen, but the game settings still said "windowed" so it wouldn't let me edge scroll, etc.
AFTER the 11/17/2020 UPDATE: Hooray! It finally recognizes that the game is in fullscreen mode! I thought that all my problems were solved!
BUT: Now I can't even get houses/sims to load before the game crashes. And no, I don't have any mods/custom content, and I never have had them for Sims 4.
Here's the beginning of the crash report I get. It's greek to me, but maybe it can help figure out the issue? I'll try to attach the full report in a file. There's two crash reports in the same file since I saved both before giving up on getting into the game.
