Game is frozen don't know how to fix it
Hi, my Sims 3 game is something I bought online. I downloaded and tried to play before it was finished downloading. I was creating a sim and it froze. Now when i hit "play" on the game it opens up the screen thats blue with a picture of the green diamond symbol, but it doesn't play anything, i cant ex it out. the only way i can get rid of it is by holding the power button on my macbook till it forces shut down. I try to uninstall it, but overtime i do it shows a loading bar filled all the way and says "uninstalling" as if it uninstalled but won't actually get rid of the game. I really wanna play!
