I don’t have Online Access Feature on Sims 4

Hello all.

I have the Sims 4 Legacy version downloaded from Origin. I bought it there for my Mac.

I can’t access the community library. I have my age as 29 years old on my account, so it’s not an age thing.

Attached I have what my screen looks like when I go to Game Options. I don’t have Online Access Feature.

The only options that come up when I click on other in the Game Options are:

Privacy & Cookies, EA User agreement, Enable Custom Content and Mods, Script Mods Allowed, and Share Usage Data.

Can someone help me figure out how I can access the community library?

Thank you!

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly! Any tips on how to get rid of Legacy Edition? I want to uninstall it.

The Legacy Edition is necessary for people who don't meet the updated requirements of the standard version: a 64-bit operating system and a Metal-capable Mac running at least OS X 10.11 (El Capitan).
If you have a computer that meet these requirements you can uninstall Legacy Edition but to do this you need to uninstall the whole game and download it again without Legacy Edition

@BrendaBermudez Apple (OSX) is removing support for 32 bit code. Depending on your pc hardware, EA may require you to run the Legacy Edition. If you have a pc you should have Windows 10 64 bit (Microsoft support for Windows 7 ended January 14, 2020) you need to upgrade. Of course your cpu has to be 64 bit capable. If you are a Windows 7 hold out, Microsoft was giving away Windows 10 upgrades for some time. If you have a 64 bit operating system you should have at least 8Gb of memory. Some TS4 packs now require a 64 bit operating system. The Legacy Edition is for 32 bit operating systems.
