i have a mac and my sims four won’t connect to the internet

hello, so i originally thought my issue was linked to CC so i uninstalled it all, that didn’t work i then proceeded to uninstall and reinstall the game but with no luck i then checked the settings in...

    Do you have antivirus or other potentially blocking software installed on your Mac or network?

    Have you tried connecting to a different network/hotspot?

I just fixed this by moving the electronic arts folder onto my desktop. I repaired the game and then accidentally started the game before moving it back again (don’t know if that did anything) I then quit the game and moved the folder back into my documents and restarted the game and it’s working fine. Gallery back up and running 👍🏼
