Hi @Abbie0007,

I have the same problem with The Sims 4 on my macbook,
it was stuck at 100%, but that problem solved itself, now it just won't install the friggin game...

Memory: 8 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
Graphics: AMD Radeon HD 6750M 1024 MB

Open Origin then click on Origin in the menu bar then Preferences. Click on Advanced then Browse Game Installers. Is the download in the DownloadCache folder that opens up? If so, can you double click on it and install from there?
