Not loading
If I click “resume game” nothing happens. It’s been on the loading screen for over 10 minutes. I force quit the game, repaired it through the EA app (I am on mac) and tried to load a different household and none of that worked. Help?

I am also haveing this problem!! I've tried clearing the cache, uninstalling/reinstalling and saving to a different hard drive. Now I can't get all the packs to re-download.

honestly I just left it alone and tried again today and it’s working fine now!!

Do you mean 20MB, not 20GB? A save file of 20GB would be absolutely crazy and probably never load.
