@beranikralik I don't know why, but some player's macOS systems seem to hide some of the files in the Library from view. I haven't been able to figure out why.

It MIGHT be possible to work around this though. Can you do this and tell me what happens?

1. Open the Terminal program in your Utilities folder (this is inside your Applications folder)
2. At the prompt that opens copy and paste this (make sure you copy/paste this text - it needs to be exactly what is written here):
   
   

   open ~/Library/Application\ Support/Origin/Installer\ Data

   And then hit the "Return" key. Does Finder open a window for you with one or more files in it? Is one of them called 1011164.plist?
