@SKMSKMSKMSKM Don't worry about it. This is a longstanding nonissue that (to my knowledge) has no known resolution. But your game will still work just fine.
This is not an important issue to playing the game. Does you game run fine? Great! Tracking hours in Origin is a known issue for the Mac version and really does not affect the game play. It will probably never be fixed as there are far more pressing issues than fixing the number of hours one has played a game. Sorry to sound snarky, but if your game runs fine and you can play it, why is this so important?

This happened only during ME3 gameplay. I know this is not topic for ME but i wanted to answer you.
P.S. Game does run fine, but that's not the point. Everything with the tracking of game time was OK untill i received message during gameplay that server is down.
I checked internet connection and everything was fine but i had 50 hours of playtime and in one second Origins lost half of those hours. This is bug and this should be fixed.
But, i agree. Game runs fine and that is most important thing.

Hi everyone,
We have introduced some changes on Origin which should fix this. If you play now, the time should start registering in the Hours Played/Last Played sections. 🙂
If you give it a try, we would love to know if it's working properly for you now!
@GamingGodRises, if you are still experiencing this on PC, as this thread was specific for Mac, please, open a thread on Mass Effect forums about it, as it would be a different issue.
Thanks,
-Mai
